I cannot recommend Snowbird and Sam enough for home inspections.
Throughout the process, Sam has been super helpful, thorough, and responsive in all phases of the inspection. Sam made himself available on very short notice to help us with a short option window. He was then extremely detailed with his inspection and helped us identify several issues that we were able to get fixed before closing.
If you’re looking for a professional and thorough inspector, Sam is your guy!

As a first time home buyer, I wasn’t sure what to expect during a home inspection but Sam walked me through the whole process and made sure I understood what all he was looking for!
He was very thorough and detailed. Not only did he show me photos and notes, but he did an entire walk through of the house and back yard to actually show me any concerns. He also used a drone to examine the roof and was able to get great shots.
Sam had the inspection report back to me same day and and followed up to see if I had any questions the next day. He was more than happy to answer all my questions.
Very professional and responsive! I would definitely use Snowbird/Sam again in the future and will be recommending him to others!
